This program focuses on building the essential foundations for success in our community's youth

Nurture & Provide

We actively provide learning opportunities, character training, and instill high moral values and leadership skills into our children and teen girls. This deliberate focus helps to nurture the gifts, talents, dreams, hopes, and aspirations of the future generations of Obontserman , ensuring they are prepared to bec ome positive role models for the community and beyond.

Economic Empowerment: Vocational Mastery & Social Enterprise

This program area is dedicated to creating sustainable economic opportunities for young women and mothers. It is the core driver for improving livelihoods

Expose & Promote

We expose our young women and mothers to the various economic opportunities available within the Obontser community and its catchment areas. We guide them on the most cost-effective way of partaking in these ventures and meeting the challenges that come with such opportunities. This is paired with our effort to promote the creation of viable, profitable, and sustainable community-based projects and social enterprises by our women. This helps them create viable and self-sustaining economic opportunities

Identify,Train & Support

A critical part of our mission is to identify, train, and support forward-looking and public-spirited women. Our goal is for these empowered individuals to become agents of change who help uplift their families and improve their community.

Community Transformation: Advocacy & Values

This area focuses on the broader socio-cultural environment to ensure a supportive foundation for all development.

Help, Influence &Transform, :

We work to influence and transform the social-cultural standards and value systems underpinning Obontserman's development. Alongside this, we help build an enviable advocacy platform on issues affecting our women and their cultural and legal roles as mothers , integrating this crucial work as part of Obontserman's 10-Year Development Agenda.
