The Obontser Cluster of Schools Management Committee (OCSMC) plays a critical role in governance, accountability and community participation in the operations of the school. The functions of the OCSMC include monitoring school performance, ensuring proper use of funds, safeguarding student welfare, supporting teachers and fostering collaboration between the school and the local Obontser, Okokodo & Onyaadze communities. The OCSMC ultimately seeks to improve school quality, student attendance and trust in education by the 3 sister communities.
