· Annual EO3TGA Teen Girls Xmas Talk
· Annual Teen Girls’ Summer Leadership Summit: Co-organised with youth associations to showcase talent and ideas.
· Community Skill Hubs: Shared spaces for vocational training (tailoring, coding, baking, crafts).
· Digital Empowerment Drive: Foundation provides laptops, internet access, and digital literacy training.
· Health Caravan: Mobile clinics run jointly to reach underserved communities.
· Read-A-Book Today Initiative: Developing reading culture among school children through the EOCSMC
· Mentorship & Storytelling Circles: Monthly skills training sections for members of EO3TGA providing safe spaces for girls to share experiences, build confidence, and inspire others.
· Youth-Led Research Projects: Foundation funds studies led by young women on issues affecting them.
