The Enyan Obontser-Okokodo-Onyaadze Teen Girls Association (EO3TGA) seeks to empower teenage girls to become confident, educated and responsible leaders in their respective communities and beyond. Their mission is to provide mentorship, skills development, advocacy and safe spaces for teenage girls to thrive emotionally, academically, socially and economically.

b. Encourage leadership and civic participation.
c. Provide platforms for talent development (arts, sports, STEM, entrepreneurship).
d. Advocate for girls’ rights and gender equality.
e. Foster community service and volunteerism.
f. Build solidarity among the three communities through joint programmes and events.
