Welcome to the Anowa-Ehurama Foundation, a community-focused non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering growth and self-reliance within Obontserman and its environs. We are committed to building a vibrant, self-sustaining future rooted in cultural identity and community spirit. Our work targets the future generations (children and teen girls) , young women, mothers and the aged of Enyan Obontser ancestry. Through targeted programmes with our partners & volunteers, we strive to improve livelihoods and change lives for the better.
Our mission is delivered through three key pillars that form the foundation of our community development strategy:
We provide learning opportunities, character training, and instil high moral values and leadership skills in our children and teen girls. This nurtures the development of our children and prepares our teen girls to become role models.
We support young women and mothers with thought leadership and vocational skills training. Our goal is to promote the creation of viable, profitable, and sustainable community-based projects and social enterprises.
We strive to cultivate a community rooted in cultural identity and community spirit. We also help build an advocacy platform on issues affecting our women and their cultural and legal roles as mothers
The Anowa-Ehurama Foundation exists to ensure every young woman or mother has the opportunity to thrive. We provide the required resources for young women and mothers to create viable and self-sustaining economic opportunities through social enterprises development. This deliberate support is essential for directly improving livelihoods within Obontserman and ensuring a prosperous future for the generations to come.
Your support helps us to identify, train, and support forward-looking and public-spirited women to become agents of change who uplift their families and improve their community.
